Introducing, the ERTA3 Program
Our program, Employment Retention Training for Autistic and ADHD Adults (ERTA3 Program), supports neurodivergent individuals in confidently building their careers.
We demystify the workplace.
The program is a personal journey for each student, providing insights into potential challenges unique to them and a tool kit of skills, tips, and techniques to manage, overcome, and compensate for those challenges without having to mask or pretend to be something or someone they are not.
We offer several partnership options to implement the ERTA3 Program on your campus.
Inform
Inform your neurodivergent students about the program. They can sign up for it and pay the monthly subscription fee independently.
Provide
Provide your neurodivergent students with the option of accessing the program at no cost as part of your DEI services. Your post-secondary institution pays the monthly subscription fee.
Add
Add the ERTA3 Program as a credit course within your curriculum.
