Heather comes from a Speech-Language and Audiology background in Ontario. Since moving to BC in 2016, she has been happily swept away, working in the Autism and Employment field. She attended the Employment Supports Specialty designation course at Douglas College, and has been working to support people on the autism spectrum in various employment models, including the federal initiative Ready, Willing and Able. At Orbital, Heather is the Program Manager for Retention, where she provides services to employers, employees, and unemployed individuals on the spectrum.
