Employment Retention Training for Autistic and ADHD Adults (ERTA3)

The ERTA3 Program is designed specifically for autistic and ADHD adults who are entering the workforce, struggling in their jobs, running into the same old challenges from one job to another, or can’t seem to achieve their career goals.

The ERTA3 Program

The content has evolved over ten years of working with neurodivergent employees across many different roles at varying levels of seniority.

The Program is self-paced and consists of 5 courses, each with 3 to 5 lessons. Altogether, over 85 topics are covered.

The program provides content relevant to each topic, notations of particular interest to neurodivergent adults, stories, activities to perform, and references. Each topic is presented in visual and audio formats. The learner can take the courses in any order at their own pace.

Before starting the course, the learner is guided through a detailed introduction to the ERTA3 Program and the Job Retention Model.

At the end of the course, each learner will have a Job Retention Plan specific to their needs and aspirations.
