Meet & Greet - For the Job Seeker
Determining whether a career is the right choice for you can be daunting. We can assist you in understanding what your strengths are, which helps you in setting your own career goals.
Before we get into the assessments, we want to meet you either in person or online. It’s an opportunity to talk about you, what you like to do, and your interests and hobbies. It’s also an opportunity for you to get to know us and the services we offer. If we all agree to proceed with the assessments, we schedule a convenient time; otherwise, we talk about other options you could pursue.
Discovery Meeting - for the Employed
Perhaps you are in a job where things are not going well and you may not be sure why. Or you are wondering if “that’s all there is” in your career. You may know exactly what the issue is.
In the first Discovery Meeting, we will explore where you are now and where you want to be to determine how best we can help you.
In subsequent Discovery Meetings, we will explore the issues and roadblocks in the way of where you want to be in your current job or in your career, with the outcome being an Action Plan.
